We ship twice a week now. If you place your order Thursday through Sunday it will ship by Wednesday. If it is place Monday - Wednesday it will ship by Friday. Most orders take up to 5 working days to be delivered so you can expect your order approximately 2 weeks after it is ordered.

If you open an account on your return visits you can simply log onto your existing account. This site is for U.S. shipping addresses. If you are outside the Continental U.S, you can place an order for a U.S. shipping address but not an International address. Please note that we only ship via UPS, you can choose ground, 3-day select, 2nd day air or next day air shipments.

We only ship full case orders, for single boxes of some of our products you might want to try

Customer Returns

All sales are final and we do not accept returns on food items.

In the event an item is shipped incorrectly, we will ship out the correct item and use UPS ~ Will Call ~ to pick up the incorrect unopened item.

If an item is returned by UPS because it was refused or was undeliverable and it was shipped to the address you indicated on your order we will refund only the product cost on any unopened product, obviously we can not refund on any box that has been opened.

Because of the high cost of shipping, and the fact that when a package returns to us we pay double in shipping costs. The shipping cost is non-refundable, no exceptions.
