Ingredients:
Traditional Polenta
Water, Organic yellow corn meal, Salt, Tartaric acid (grape concentrate), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), beta carotene (vitamin A).

Do not freeze your polenta. The reason for not freezing is that the water seperates and you are left with grainy, crumbly yet sponge-like ruined product. Once opened simply keep it in your refrigerator and after opening use it within about a week.
